This service is typically for larger businesses and organizations that have ongoing needs for particular skills (such as web design, programming, SEO implementations, etc.), but prefer a cost-effective alternative to hiring full time employees for certain roles.

DEEPLY DISCOUNTED BLOCK SUPPORT

All clients have the option to purchase blocks of additional support time at a steeply discounted rate. Support blocks are priced in increments of 25, 50, and 100 hours.

Support blocks can be used to absorb any overages in a billing cycle, thus avoiding the higher billable rate. Support blocks are to be purchased in advance of the work. Though, we do allow support hours to be applied retroactively (within reason) to work already incurred when there’s a pressing need.
